I really like the dynamics of all your videos. The pace is always sort of relaxed and even . . . and yet . . . wow . . . it's always a real workout ! Congratulations on having the knack !

I literally cannot do the last 7 minute portion of this workout… I can do the first 45 seconds on each leg.. then my legs feel like a million pounds and I simply can't do them. Never have been able to. Probably a sign of major weakness in that area :,-D
