Love your videos! I have limited equipment and I notice that in your no equipment necessary videos you do exercises that target mainly butt and legs. I was hoping there would be more upper body as well? Thanks for your great videos!

I have one problem. I do exercise, walking, hiit, hiking and I lose 4kg, but I cant lose fat around belly. Dont know what to do, becasuse I really want lose belly……. Thanks for any advice

For what I love all your workouts is that every time when I think that I'm almost finished and not really tired you push me with some extra exercises. After it my muscles are burning and I have no clue how could I think of "not being tired". Thank you, Kelly and Daniel 🙂

The sped-up preview of the next exercise is not as helpful as normal-speed preview in my opinion; but that's your choice, both work. Great workout otherwise!

I'm getting back into shape and there are definitely people on here who have way more fitness than I do! Most of the exercises in this workout felt like a 5/5 for me. Others felt like 4/5. The pace was fast and that added to the intensity for me. As always: THANKS FOR THE EXCELLENT VIDEOS!

I did this one a while ago and thought it was difficult then, but it kicked my butt today. I feel nauseous and my body is kind of trembling. I haven't done tough workouts over the past two weeks, instead I've been doing more weight training and shorter like 16 minute HIIT… dang. I'm drenched in sweat and don't have the energy to get in the shower – it probably doesn't help that I live in Phoenix Arizona and it's super hot, even in my air-conditioned house… I can't wait to do these difficult workouts in the winter time, when it's not so hot – for me, it's so hard to recover between these exercises when I'm burning up literally.

I have done this workout multiple times all the way through but then I tried doing this workout when I had a headcold and had to stop after the water break because I was so nauseated… should I not workout normally when I have a cold??

Thanks for this energizing workout! For the past few years, most of my exercise has been from cycling and yoga. After going through a few of your workouts, I realized many of my muscles groups weren't getting the exercise they need to stay strong. Now I'm following along with your videos and feel great. I love your channel. Thank you. This is a wonderful contribution you are making to the world. As we all know, exercise makes people not only fit but happy, too.

i have been using your workouts for about 3 years, on and off, i could never get myself to do it without a break.
but, it has been effective no matter what. and i would really love it if you could make another 5-day challenge, which could create unbelievable results.

I liked this cardio/toning video and it has a great mix of exercises for both advanced level and moderate/average level people. Each exercise is performed for 20 seconds (then 10 second rest), repeated 3 times, then move on to a different exercise. The workout is 30 min (including a 5 min. cardio warm up) and the last 10 minutes are stretching.
