I found your HIIT workouts about a month ago and each time I do a different workout depending on my mood after I get off work and I am never disappointed with them. I am always drenched in sweat and feel amazing afterwards. although I am NOT a an of burpees, I loathe them, but the low impact version I am getting used to.i love that you encourage us to challenge ourselves, while reminding us it's ok if we need to slow it down or take an extra short water break and I'm digging the warm ups and cool downs it makes working out a breeze! ty!!!

I'm excited to try this! I have a heart arrythmia and running or cardio workouts is the only thing that gives me temporary relief/makes my heart beat normal for a little while.
